Learner Information

Learners are required to provide their full name, learner number, qualification title, and unit number and title before submitting coursework or assessment materials.

Learner Responsibilities

Each learner must confirm that the submitted work is entirely their own and that any assistance received or sources used have been properly acknowledged.

Learners should understand that copying work from others, allowing others to copy their work, or engaging in plagiarism may result in disqualification from the relevant unit or assessment.

Declaration by Learner

The learner confirms that the submitted work has been produced without unacceptable assistance and complies with the assessment requirements of the qualification.

Declaration by Assessor

The assessor confirms that the learner’s work was completed under the required assessment conditions and that, to the best of their knowledge, the submitted work is authentic and solely the work of the learner.
