BCM Ltd reviews this policy annually through self-evaluation activities, customer feedback, and regulatory guidance. The organisation also ensures that training programmes, assessments, and qualification delivery are accessible and free from unnecessary barriers or bias.

Where qualification requirements contain unavoidable restrictions or barriers, these are clearly explained to staff and learners during induction and programme delivery.

Appeals and Complaints

Learners, employees, and other representatives of BCM Ltd have the right to raise complaints or appeals relating to discrimination or victimisation through the organisation’s Appeals and Complaints Procedures.

Communication with Awarding Organisations

BCM Ltd ensures that staff, learners, and other users are aware of this policy and its purpose. Awarding Organisations and External Quality Assurers may review compliance with this policy during monitoring activities.

The policy operates in accordance with statutory requirements, including the Equality Act 2010, and relevant guidance issued by regulatory and governmental bodies.
